I still have a container of homemade icing in the fridge and I really just need to throw it out so I stop eating it as a treat. I don't even want to know how many calories it has.
To counteract it...I've been yoga-ing and riding bikes with the fam-damily. I found a yoga video that is specifically for neck and shoulder tension and I highly recommend it.
It's called Yoga for Stress Relief and it's already curbed two incoming migraines, so so far, so good, as they say.
But even better than that is the baby seat that we got for Milo's first birthday! Again, as per my usual methodology I searched and searched, reading every customer and safety review, looking for the best price, etc. And when all was said and done, the good old i-Bert won out. Not only is it super-cute, it's also one of those front bike seats, so Milo and I can sing, "The wheels on the bike go round and round..." until we catch a bug in the thro

It's so loved that I had a girl roll down her window and say, "Yaaay, i-Bert" as we were biking along. You'll never feel more popular than you are with i-Bert....
